Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund terms for digital products.

Digital Products & Instant Delivery

All our products are digital downloads (PDF + MP3 files) delivered instantly after purchase. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content.

Because digital products can be downloaded immediately and cannot be "returned," we have specific refund conditions outlined below.

When We DO Offer Refunds

✓ We will provide a full refund for verified technical issues

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Download failure — you cannot access your download links and our support team cannot resolve the issue
  • Corrupted files — the PDF or MP3 files are corrupted and we cannot provide working replacements
  • Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same product twice
  • Wrong product — you were charged for a different product than intended (must be reported within 24 hours)

When We DO NOT Offer Refunds

✗ We cannot offer refunds in the following situations

  • Change of mind — after downloading or accessing the files
  • "Not what I expected" — product descriptions are accurate; please read them before purchasing
  • Compatibility issues — PDF and MP3 files work on all standard devices and software
  • Failure to download — if you simply didn't download within the link validity period (14 days) and didn't contact us
  • Gift purchases — if purchased as a gift and the recipient doesn't want it

Refund Request Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Requests after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number or purchase email
  3. Describe the issue you experienced
  4. Include any relevant screenshots if applicable

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-10 days)

Download Issues?

Before requesting a refund for download problems:

  1. Check your email spam/promotions folder
  2. Try a different browser or device
  3. Contact us — we can resend download links

Most download issues can be resolved quickly without needing a refund.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. For digital content, please note that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides that you lose the right to cancel once the download/streaming of digital content has begun with your consent.
